Toss the iPad?

Fairly new (used sparingly) iPad 3 Verizon wont turn on.... It won't connect to the computer, I have charged it with an iPad charger overnight, held the 2 buttons for a >minute multiple times.

I guess I am looking for suggestions on what to do with it. Is it worth anything in its current state?

Or is there something else I should try? I'm willing to take it apart.

Take it to an Apple Store first, they won't charge for the assessment and they often offer good assistance/advice even if you're out of warranty. As soon as you open it up you've voided any chance of that.

Sorry this is an iPad 3 retina. Thanks for the advice to bad I like 2.5 hours from one hah.

I would try calling Apple support since you're 2.5 hours from an Apple Store.

Did you try to do reset.

I had something love me this on my phone recently.
