Total cost of iphone 4 32 gig + tax???

I'm planning on buying the iphone 4 tomorrow (this) morning but of course there's a problem, I might be short whithin a few dollars. does anyone know the cost of the iphone and if theres tax and something about an 18$ upgrade fee? I only have 315 and VA sales tax is .05%...

$299+18*5%=331.95

Last year. my 32Gb came to $320.61 after taxes. It will depend on what your local tax is and every cities tax rate is different. The $18 fee will be on your bill.
