How much is the iPhone 4S 32GB gonna cost total when i preorder it on friday (including tax, shipping, etc.)?

Shipping is free. As for tax, it completely depends on what the tax rate is where you live.

In California you pay the full retail tax, ie. $649, $749, $849. The tax on those totals.

Yes, but that $18 will be added to your monthly bill. At pre-order, you have to pay for the phone and tax (if applicable).
