Total Iphone 4 Backup/Retore ??

I use to have a Droid X and i used a program called MyBackup PRo which made a total backup of my Droid onto the internal MicroSD. It copied all application, music and data, photos etc. I could do a Restore and it would restore everything back to the Droid. I have been looking for a similar program, or even a program that would copy everything into ITunes. I am aware that the Backup feature of Itunes doesn't copy applications, photos, videos or music. Does anyone know of a third party software that works and makes a complete backup with the ability to restore if needed? Thanks.

Uh, iTunes DOES backup all of those things provided you have them marked to 'sync' in iTunes.

Yep just sync it all through iTunes.
