I've looked for the answer to this but don't think I found what I needed. I have MS office installed and had all the icons on my dock. I deleted the icon for Word. How do I put it back and not change anything else? Thanks.
In a Finder window, navigate to the Applications folder (it may be on the left sidebar). Select any icon you wish to place on your Dock, drag and drop.
Dragging and dropping gets you a looooong way on a Mac
