If there was flash on the iPod touch/iPhone, wouldn't that kinda make the youtube app a little pointless?
And at the moment they're working on flash, maybe in like 2.5 or something like that.

why would the YouTube app be pointless. You could still use it if you choose to.

Because the standard YouTube site uses flash, and the app is a workaround of that fact. If Mobile Safari started using flash, then people could use the standard YouTube site for everything, as there are things that the native app is severely lacking in.

only works free for a few mins....then kicks you but can go back on ....
keep a look out for ---> Skyfire app just submitted to apple its a web browser with flash enabled on it if it gets approved
