iPod touch TOUCH backup to PC

I gave search a few tries but couldnt find the answer I need.

Has anyone been able to backup the Touch to PC yet. I am interested in getting the songs off my touch (to my PC) to then put in itunes. I have tried a few old methods (PODWORKS) but they arent able to transfer the Touch music yet. I am looking for freeware. Anyone able to do this yet?

No, it's not possible. You normally backup your itunes library not your ipod.
