Touch Bar App App Controls in specific Apps only

Hi
I am trying to achieve the following for my Touch Bar

- Have "App Controls" only in Photos and Music App
- For all else use "Expanded Control Strip"

Can I set this in the OS? If not, would an app like Better Touch Tool help? (https://folivora.ai)

I'm trying to do the exact same thing with Logic Pro X right now without any luck so far.
Does anyone know if this is possible to set up?
