So when I am watching youtube, I try to scrub through the video with the Touch Bar, but it just buffers. When I use a cursor, the video never buffers. Is there a way to fix this?

I have this aswell. Not sure if there's a way to really fix it, but the issue seems to be caused on the YouTube side of things as it doesn't happen anywhere else. If you're skipping over large distances, then you can kind-of circumvent this by pressing the left and then the right arrow right after using the Touch Bar scrubber, so maybe this helps.
