I'm experiencing an odd glitch with a 15" 2016 MacBook Pro running Sierra (10.12.6). If I use anything but the "default for display" resolution, the standard loading bar (that displays immediately after logging in) is replaced by a black screen with a plain, jankey-looking loading bar instead. If I switch back to the "default for display" resolution, the problem goes away / the standard loading bar returns.
I'm guessing this has something to do with the Touch Bar and FileVault (given that the Touch Bar doesn't load until after login when FileVault is enabled). The loading bar finishes the moment the touch bar lights up.
Anybody else experiencing this?
