Touch Bar Question

I just noticed that my touch bar isn't changing when I go from app to app, it's just the same standard bar all the time.

Obviously I messed up something somewhere, anyone know what I did and how to fix it?

Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > and there should be an option box for "touch bar shows" and choose "App Controls with control strip"
