Touch Bar-Third Party App Support

Can anyone share how non-Apple apps are currently working with the touch bar? Interested in hearing how the touch bar functions with third party apps such web browsers other than Safari, and media players other than iTunes.

If anyone has a list of compatible applications, or ones that are in development it'd be greatly appreciated.

It's up to third party app developers to update their apps to support the touch bar. Until then, only apps that support it will have any buttons show up in the application button area in the middle.

there really aren't any, and there really won't be until developers get an idea of what people want / like.
