Touch bar with remote desktop

Im big user of Microsoft remote desktop. I connect to windows 10 and work off that for several hours a day.
Does anyone know how touch bar would work? Im assuming it can be similar to boot camp and display the function keys.

On a related note- what does everyone recommend for remote desktop? I use MS RDP, but its not great and has the annoying top bar in the remote session. Any suggestions are appreciated.
