Touch event hangs

On my iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 8.0.0, sometimes when I try a game or even on the home screen, tapping an app doesn't work. Anyone else get this? The phone itself doesn't hang. For example, the game is still playing, but if I tap it doesn't respond sometimes. Sometimes I can fix it on the homescreen by rotating the phone.
