Good morning! You are a bit late to the party, this question pops up here at least once a week. Yes, its the power button which of course have to be a real button in case you need to do a hard restart or something like that.

I've been seeing in different store and the button is firm under the finger.
Mine moves as soon as it is touched.

I think its great that this place is so active, particularly when social media has killed off a lot of once popular forums, but is there any worth in having an FAQ thread for new Mac models? It could could have info like this and links to threads about some of the other questions which get asked a lot, particularly by new purchasers?
