Touch ID Failed iOS 9.3.2 PB 3

So iOS 9.3.2 PB 3 launched today OTA for public beta testers and my phone downloaded and installed successfully however Touch ID was not working. I attempted to set up Touch ID again and I'm getting this now-Touch ID Failed. Anyone else experiencing this or have a workaround?

[doublepost=1461782842][/doublepost]Fixed it. Had to update with IPSW file of 9.3.2 beta 3 and it corrected the issue with the public beta OTA update that caused Touch ID to fail.
