iPhone Touch ID - multiple Apple ID's

I like many other Apple users have multiple country specific Apple ID's for the App Store

If I enable Touch ID for a purchase / download on an account and then login / logout to another ID the switch to enable Touch ID for the App store turns itself off

Anyone else finding this and possible ways to keep it enabled even for just the one account, I know wanting it enabled for both is unrealistic.
