Touch ID on 2021 MBP?

I’ve seen the reports that the Touch Bar is being removed from the 2021 MBP. Does that mean no Touch ID, or is that expected to remain? Thanks.
 
Don’t see it’s related. MacBook Air has touch ID and no Touch Bar. My 2020 MBP has the Touch ID physically separated from the Touch Bar.
