On a website we're developing http://fastgateopeners.com

Everything works perfectly on an iPhone, Nexus 5, Moto X, S3, Nexus 7 but is horrible on an iPad and we can not figure out why.

In landscape mode, for some reason when you scroll down even 1px then you can activate the menu like 20px below the actual menu buttons.

Absolutely no idea why. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've been informed this may only be on our iPad. It is the current generation one. Can anyone else test this on theirs and tell me if after scrolling the menu can be triggered from like an inch below the menu?

Not seeing the problem on my iPad 4 (FD510LL/A), iOS 7.1.1
