Touch Issue

Anybody else that have noticed, when using Safari or Facebook for example, links can't be activated by touch until you have scrolled a little on the screen first?

ex.:
I open Facebook or Safari
There is a link on the site. If I click it NOTHING happens
If I scroll just a bit, everything works.

Just noticed it's in general that touch behaves like this
I'm on iPhone 6 - 16 GB and 16 Plus 64 GB

I was just about to make a thread about this. Glad I searched. I'm having this same issue..it's annoying as hell..problem with safari or ios8?

I Think its iOS 8.0 in general :-(
