iPod touch Touch Movie Resolution Question

Im thinking of getting the 16 GB iPod touch when it comes to the stores. But before i buy, i was wondering will my 368x208 movies on my computer play well in landscape mode on the 320x480 screen? should i change the resolution on my movies?
