Hello, I have a third gen ipod touch 32 GB size. I unfortunately updated my firmware to 4.3.5. I decided that I wanted to jailbreak it, and do I thought that it would be easiest to downgrade my firmware to 4.3.3 and then I would just use jailbreakme.com. I used the instructions on Redsn0w, and I just did not work. For some reason it would not give me the message asking me to tell it where to find the software to restore the device to. Anyway, after that failed then I just decided to forget about it and wait for a better jailbreak or something. I went to restore my ipod back to its original settings, and now it will not restore. It just gives me this message. Is there something that I can do? Oh, and the recboot would not work either.

Never mind. I just hooked it up to my other imac and it restored it then.
