Touch pad settings?

Hi - I installed Windows 7 on my 2011 Macbook Air and I was wondering if there is a setting to adjust the sensitivity of the track pad. When I scroll using multi-touch, its VERY fast scrolling (web pages)(in folders). I cant seem to find a setting for it, in windows or bootcamp. Anybody?
