Touch Screen Dead Spots (IP5)

I'm a big fan of pinball apps, and there are really only a couple of them which are very good.

I've noticed however, that I can't really enjoy either since the bottom right area of the screen does not respond very well. Sometimes the screen responds, sometimes it doesn't.

I've already done a complete restore twice on my iphone 5 so I doubt doing another restore will help.

Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed or should I plan on getting a replacement?

ive noticed every now and then, a spot or two on my screen wasnt 100% responsive, 100% of the time. but it wasnt very noticeable and i chaulked it up to chance and not an actual hardware issue. i cant seem to replicate it very often. if its bad enough that you notice it often, return for warranty replacement.
