After one week of use, my son's iphone no longers has keyboard functionality for several letters and numbers (but not all). We've updated software, reset the phone etc, etc. We have an appointment with a 'genius' on Monday to either 'fix' or replace the phone. Weird problem.

There is no 'fix' that will be done, believe me. They will do a hardware test on the phone, which will take less than 90 seconds, and swap the phone out, if they have another one in stock. I would make sure that they have replacements in stock before u go to the store.
