So I dropped my phone in water and it still is turning on...but the touch screen won't work..is it fixable? I am holding out my new upgrade for the new phone when it comes out

Might be severe water damage. Try to hold out for a new iPhone.

First mistake is you turning it on. Just leave it off in a bag of rice for a week and hope you didn't ruin the phone.

If he turned it on right after, he's lucky that it didn't short circuit.
