I am not a huge power user but I have a few things I would like to do that would benefit from some touch capabilities. Just looking to get some ideas on what people are using and some recommendations.
Budget: $500 max but would like to stay in the $250-$350 range.
The monitor will be connected to a desktop and will never be moved so no need to consider portability or anything.
I will not use this monitor for video or gaming so screen resolution and lag time are not very important.
Screen size would be 20" or so. Bigger is fine, but budget is more important than size.
I would like the ability to lay the screen down some as well as leave it vertical.
I do want multiple touch points.
