i have a iphone 3gs that doesnt respond to any touch, after some troubleshooting it turns out to be motherboard based and not the digitizer itself. the connector seems to be fine, so does anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong and how to fix this? let me know. thanks!

well i bought a new digitizer because thats what i thought it was in the beginning, but i installed that and it still didnt work. so i got my friend who also has a 3GS and took the front panel off his to test on mine, and it still didnt work, and i put it back on his phone and it worked. so i tried putting the new digitizer i bought on his phone and that worked too so thats what makes me think its the motherboard.
