iPod touch Touch shipped last week - but still not arrived

UK Apple Store posted it via TNT last Thursday but it STILL hasn't arrived - TNT says there's a 'delay'.

My local Apple Store has stock - I could buy one at 9am tomorrow, but what then?!

Can I refuse delivery? I want my touch but can't get it.

Your views and experience would be appreciated!!

if its still in china, then you won't get it until like next week, the entire china is on holiday
