Touch to return to call issue

I have Verizon 4.2.6 and have been getting issues with the above. After touching green bar, nothing happens. It is JB and just curious if anyone had similar problems and if so which tweak could it be that would possibly interfere? thanks.

Very annoying due to not being able to end a call.

Are you using Phonecloser or any other Cydia app that could auto screen lock during call?

No I do not have phonecloser. Strange problem.

Sounds Strange, Try Rebooting your iPhone or Restoring it.

Are you using any phoneapp tweaks from cydia or possibly a theme? Occasionally with a theme I've noticed that the buttons aren't aligned exactly try tapping above or below the end button? Just drawing straws here... How often do you reboot?
