Touch type selects words iPad Air 2

Hi all, I've noticed since installing iOS 9 that when I touch type on the iPad Air 2 it'll often select words at random and it becomes difficult to select off them. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm assuming it's something to with the ability to use the keyboard as a mouse, but it's frustrating and has happened three times whilst writing this out.

Yep, even worse when you type really quickly and text gets selected and deleted with the next keystroke. File a report with Apple. The threshold should be higher for two-finger touchpad activation.
