touchbar Macbook Pro youtube issue

On my 2018 on youtube if i change the timeline from the touchbar it jumps put is on hold like its buffering. But if i changed it from youtube video always work

Does it happens on 2016/2017 models?

Yes I just tried it on my 2017. As long as the video is loaded I can move the downloaded portion on the video bar with out hesitation but anytime on the touch bar slide it acts to be buffered even though the video shows its is down loaded.

it seems only youtube has this issue...other video web based does not have this issue
