Do they come with that $20 update from back in january or the $10 2.0 update?

or if I were to buy a touch now I would have to also pay the $30 for both those updates?

Apple Rip Off!!

I just purchased an iPod Touch and after getting it home I found that it didn't have the 2.0 software on it. What a crock, selling a product that doesn't come with the CURRENT RELEASE of software, without any disclosure of that fact, mind you, and then charging $10 to get it.

I feel like I've been ripped off. If I try to return it, they'll say I have to pay a restocking fee because I opened it.

Let this be a warning to all others...Don't buy an iPod Touch until they come with the 2.0 software.

Just call apple up and they'll give it to you free. Thats if you bought it a week before 2.0 or something like that

The displays in the stores have these posters up, showing an iPod running 2,0. If you read the fine print on the poster, it says that it's sold separately.
