Has anyone noticed any inconsistencies with their TouchID post-jailbreak? I've noticed that sometimes when i wake up my phone it will act like it had just booted up and require a password or will not recognize my fingerprints. Doesn't happen all the time but happens enough to be noticeable.

iPhone TouchID Inconsistencies after Jailbreak

I have seen this same issue. No rhyme or reason. I have to enter my passcode to get in.
I haven't had a single problem with touchid after j/b. What other "tweaks" do you have installed that might be causing the issue?

No problems here either...must be a tweak you have installed. I found issues with the TouchID when I had Activator installed and took it off, now it's back to normal.
Jailbroken with Pangu version 1.1.0, Cydia at 1.1.16 and iOS 8.1 on an iPhone 6 128GB.

Had Bootloop issues with Winterboard that couldn't be resolved so i've uninstalled that.

I had those issues with Touch ID forcing a password on stock 8.1 with the Plus. On another note, if Winterboard causes boot loops, whatever other theme apps work well on 8.1?
I'd check to make sure you're using the correct versions of all your tweaks based on this list: https://docs.zoho.com/sheet/published.do?rid=z1v909ff833ece6824400b4d4095ac3a277ac
Also, make sure Actif is compatible and if you have anything setup using active, make sure its not the problem. Also, check Flex2 to make sure you got the correct version from the correct repo.
