Howdy all. I'm deeply in love with my 17" MBP. Lately I've noticed, in certain lighting situations, a very faint scratch/line that's been created right below the trackpad my top case. It's obvious that it was made by the bottom edge of the screen frame when the laptop is closed. It's not glaring by any means....and in bright light you can't even see it....but in low light it's visible. So two questions:

1) Do any of you 17" MBP owners see the same thing ?
2) Is anyone out there using RadTech screen cushions ?
3) Is there any way to touch up the case to remove the line ?

I'm a bit annoyed that the line is there as the laptop is 3 months old. I, for one, think the current design is stunning and hate to see a blemish on such a sleek machine !

Try some iKlear.

I have used it for the past 4 years on my Powerbook, and for the most part it makes things somewhat less noticeable and makes your notebook have that smooth, non greasy finger, finish :)

thanks for the suggestions. Anyone else out there notice the line I'm referring to ?
