Touchscreen Cinema Display

Yesterday while touring the Art Institute of Chicago i ran across a 30" touchscreen cinema display.

can you purchase these somewhere?
or how did they get it touchscreen? i found it very interesting.

Are you sure it was made by Apple? If it was, mostly likely it was modded because no such thing exists.

It had the apple symbol in the middle at the bottom exactly like every other 30" cinema display i've seen. I didn't think one existed, but i figured i'd ask anyway just to see if i missed something

It is possible that they used a 30" apple cinema case but underneath its not apple hardware since such does not exist. There are modders out there that can do wonders to any hardware. Just like adding a 600hp engine to a honda civic.
