I just picked up an NEC MultiSync 1560v+ Monitor. I has a Microtouch Touch screen board PN 10994 and glass panel on it, It have a serial interface and i picked up a USB to Serial adaptor. Is there ANY way i can get this to work on either My Powermac running Leopard or my iBook running Tiger? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
