Tougher case? Innocase or Candyshell

I'm either going with the Innocase II or Candyshell for my soon-to-be purchased 3Gs. I've been known to drop phones now and again. Can anyone comment which of these two cases would do better in a fall. (I know there are sturdier cases out there but I need a slim one to fit in pocket).

candyshell, because of the silicone layer.
usually sliders gives no shock absorbing.

FWIW, I use a CandyShell and it's almost tank-like.
