I tried to get quasar dev to let me get a team together with backing and a contract but have not heard back, so I am moving on to the second part of the contract. I am looking for 2-3 developers that can show apps they have made with proof they can put together a complex app like samsungs multiapp for the iPhone 5 and hopefully after we have that running stable we can move to the 4 and 4s.
