I ordered a 16” BTO MBP 12 days ago and revived my tracking number with DHL 6 days ago but it’s still at “shipment information received”. When I use the DHL app it shows the sender as “ADI Syncreon”, so I assume Apple is sending the MBP from China to the Netherlands with Syncreon and then DHL will deliver it to me in Germany. I also found some posts here on the forum From 2016 that confirm this.
I found an old post saying you can track it from Syncreon website with the reference number and order number starting with W but it just says my number combination is incorrect/not found.
is there a way to track this shipment?
