My new coach is scheduling me for track workouts, my first one is 8x600m with a 3 minute recovery between each. I'd like to find an app where you can put in the meters and the recovery time but no luck. Any recommendations? This can be an iPhone app, don't have to have Watch support.
 
I know of 2 apps that might do what you are looking for:

Seconds Pro

Intervals

I have never used either of them however the Seconds Pro app has some good reviews.
