Track Number in iTunes Problem

So I have an album consisting of 16 songs. For the record this album is KanYe West's Graduation album (I added a few songs to it normally there is only 14 I think). So I had a version of the song Homecoming, but I downloaded a better version (higher bit-rate). Then accordingly pressed Apple - I, and typed in Track 12 of 16. Now it shows up correctly in iTunes but when I sync over to my iPod touch it shows Homecoming as the last track. This is REALLY annoying me, anyone know anything about this.
