Track pad "tap" not working sometimes when waking from sleep (Penryn)

Yeah, it's weird, sometimes the tap/click won't work after waking from sleep, only the cursor works.

If I got to system prefs, and disable the tap to click, then re-enable it, its fine.

Any ideas, suggestions would be great?

to be honest, this never happened to me , however just reading through this forum for the last few weeks taught me that if you have new laptop and you have applecare warranty, use it or you will regret it when you lose it! so if i were in your shoes, i will reinstall the system and if the problem persist call apple and ask for advice.
