Track won't upload to iTunes Match, how to get song onto iPhone?

I have a DJ mix that I downloaded. It's about an hour long and 100MB. iTunes refuses to upload it to iTunes Match/iCloud, all I ever get is the "waiting" text and symbol.
Is there any other way to get this song onto my iPhone?
