Tracking iP5 order (UK SYNCREON PARCEL DELIVERY )

I am probably not alone, my order on Apple has just changed to Shipped, and have the tracking into, but the courier is SYNCREON PARCEL DELIVERY. Never heard of them and cant find a site even. Are they some sort of middle man?

Has anyone else managed to track who has the same thing? How and what reference/code was used?

On mine i just clicks track parcel via the apple store app and it shows me the info. Mines been dispatched by ups. Eta 21/9... Hope it's early!
