Tracking practices and payments

I take music lessons from two different teachers, each of which charges me different rates. I pay each of them monthly based on the number of lessons in that month. I'm looking for an app that will allow me to a) note when I've had a lesson and b) note that I've paid each teacher when the time comes. It wouldn't have to be on a calendar.

Numbers? It's a spreadsheet app. I use it to track my daughter's appointments.
