Trackpad better on current MacBook Pro's?

I have the previous MacBook Pro (core 2 duo). I have had endless problems getting the trackpad to work in Bootcamp (Win7). It works, but nothing like it does in OS X.

Does anyone know if the updated trackpad on the current MacBook Pro's has better Win7 support? I would probably buy another one if I knew the trackpad would work properly in Win7.
