The trackpad on my Mid 2012 13" MBP works fine. However when I do four finger swipe of three finger drag, I can feel it lightly bounce a little. Nothing big, but is this normal?

I think I had the same thing you're talking about on my rmbp. I took it to the apple store and they said that on classic models they can tighten the fit between the trackpad and the front panel. So you could try taking it in if it bothers you.

Also while they couldn't help me (rmbps are glued together somehow so they can't do that) the bounciness went away after a few weeks of use.

So it is normal? And is your bounciness gone or you just got used to it?
