I set my trackpad so I can press on it to click and double tap to click as well. Now if I use a single finger to move across the trackpad it highlights the text automatically(which it didnt do before, all it did was simple move my pointer across the screen). i can use double finger to scroll up and down. I can't click with it though! whether it double tap or a click.

I see the same thing on mine. THe sensitivity is very high. Not sure if it's adjustable...but the same issue.

Try to move mouse and behaves like a click and drag...try to click...nothing.

Hey, I ended up going to Applecare and I got my trackpad replaced, so maybe you should try too =)
