Trackpad++ Control Module won't open, I can't right click.

I installed Trackpad++ on Windows 7 last night, but after closing the control module the first time, it wouldn't open again. I then uninstalled it and it disappeared everywhere from the computer except for the tray in the bottom right corner, and all of the Trackpad++ settings were still working as if it's still installed. I reinstalled it twice and still can't get the control module to open. Any ideas besides reinstalling Windows?

Edit: tried one more time and it completely uninstalled. Disregard.
